Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if offered)

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Domestic Shipping:
We currently ship within the United States.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:
We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at keymodestclothingco@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Shipping Policy - the basics

Made-to-Order Items:
Some of our items are made to order, meaning they are created just for you after your purchase is placed.
We have the right to refuse service for any specialty item being made that violates our religious beliefs.
Processing Time for Made-to-Order Items:
Made-to-order items require additional processing time of 2-3 business days before shipping. This timeframe does not include shipping transit time.
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, the entire order may ship together once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Time:
Once shipped, made-to-order items follow the same shipping timelines listed above. Delivery estimates begin after the item has shipped.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
Because made-to-order items are produced specifically for you, they cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once production has begun.
